Profit Sharing Plan
o Employees receive an additional percentage of Alsip’s profits at the end of each year to be invested in a joint account. At the end of the employees tender at Alsip, they will be able to receive their portion of profit sharing that has grown throughout the years. The percentage of profits added each year is determined by Alsip’s earnings and is intended to provide employees with ownership of their hard work. When Alsip’s profits increase, a higher percentage will be added to the account.
